What makes your community unique?

Residents enjoy a prime location just minutes from Galveston's beaches, the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), and other nearby colleges and universities. The combination of coastal living and convenient access to educational and medical facilities makes our community an ideal place to call home.

Do you offer furnished apartments?

No, we do not currently offer furnished apartment homes.

Is smoking permitted on the property?

No. Our community is a smoke-free property.

Leasing & Application Process

How do I schedule an apartment tour?

Schedule a tour online through our website, by phone, or by email.

What documents are required to apply?

What are the income and credit requirements?

Applicants should demonstrate a gross monthly income of at least two times the monthly rent. Credit qualifications are evaluated as part of our screening process.

How do I apply?

Is renters insurance required?

Yes. Renters insurance is required for all residents.

How long does the approval process take?

Most applications are processed within 3 to 10 business days.

Do you offer short-term leases?

No, short-term lease options are not currently available.

Do you perform background and credit checks?

Yes. All applicants are subject to background and credit screening.

Move-In & Lease Terms

What lease terms do you offer?

Lease terms range from 7 to 12 months depending on the selected move-in date.

What is required on move-in day?

Residents must complete all required documentation, payments, and account confirmations and provide a valid government-issued photo ID.

Do you allow subletting or lease transfers?

Subletting is not permitted. On-site transfers may be available subject to management approval.

What is your move-out policy?

A 60-day written notice is required prior to moving out.
